CA R. Swaminathan is also a Cost and Management Accountant. After qualifying as a member of the ICAI in 1991 he had a stint in the industry both in India and abroad. He chose to practice in 2008 and has since acquired DISA, Institute’s Certificates in Valuation and Indirect Taxes.
He has wide Experience in handling Bank Audits, wide knowledge in handling Internal and Statutory Audits, Companies Taxation and with specialization in project financing.
